What You’ll Do As a member of our Guest Services/Security team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Monitoring the premises to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Enforcing company policies and maintaining order when necessary.
- Collaborating with team members to create a seamless guest experience.
