WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

Schedule:

Monday: 8 am - 6 pm

Tuesday 11 am - 6 pm

Wednesday: 7 am - 3 pm

Thursday: 9 am - 6:30 pm

Friday: 9 am - 1 pm

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting personalized one-on-one health check-ins and reviews, where you can make a genuine impact on our patients' well-being. You will also be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring our patients receive the support they need to thrive. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our valued patients.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 2+ years of work experience

A background in healthcare would be a plus!
