Patient Service Reps helping with Medicare Redetermination and signing up people for their HealthPlan, answering questions as needed, troubleshooting
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma REQUIRED
Experience they are looking for:
o Experience in a healthcare call center environment
o Need at least 1 year of call center
o High volume inbound calls 60-80 calls (please make sure you add the call volume to each job on resume)
o Be able to multitask
o TONS of room for growth.
o Understanding HIPPA compliance, Medicare.
o Multi-line phone experience.
Excellent soft skills, research, and investigative work.
Onsite but once they pass training, there may be an opportunity for remote must have workstation, privacy, internet speed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
