Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing excavation, landscaping, and automotive equipment. If you thrive in a mix of shop and field environments, this opportunity is for you.

🚜 Schedule: First Shift, Monday through Friday

💰 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 based on experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment, vehicles, and machinery, including hydraulic systems and electrical components.
  • Diagnose issues, carry out scheduled maintenance, and inspect equipment for wear or defects.
  • Conduct welding, bodywork, and minor painting tasks with precision.
  • Read and apply technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to ensure all repairs meet specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate service schedules for equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in shop and field maintenance work.
  • Proficiency in interpreting manuals, schematics, and sketches.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
