About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Executive to join our team. The role
involves handling end-to-end HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee
engagement and HR operations, while ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes within the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and
coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and maintain employee records.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and employment laws.
- Ability to work in a team and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is an
advantage).
