Job Summary: A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning tasks including cleaning all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trash disposal, dusting, polishing, and other assigned areas. Multiple shifts and both full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available. Responsibilities Perform all basic cleaning duties Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies, emptying trash, cleaning fixtures, mirrors, partition doors, and walls, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining toilets and urinals Move and vacuum furniture, reposition items, and replace trash liners Check trash containers prior to moving them Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, gum removal, dusting, and spot cleaning glass surfaces Address flooded areas, spills, and related cleanup tasks Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift Qualifications Previous experience in office cleaning or similar roles preferred Strong communication skills Willingness to work assigned hours Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness Ability to work independently and in a team Flexibility to handle varying workloads Physical ability to perform tasks including bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods Must pass background check Must pass drug test #J-18808-Ljbffr Harvard Maintenance, Inc
