Junior NetSuite Administrator

**THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION**

Rad Source Technologies is a global leader in developing proprietary x-ray technology solutions.

Position Description:

• Create and maintain documentation of the system and business processes.
• Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support tasks for all NetSuite applications and integrations.
• Test and analyze customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.
• Collaborate effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization, from entry-level employees to senior leadership.
• Maintain design/enhancements based on problems and product requirements.
• Handle incoming tickets and support requests.
• Develop as a subject matter expert on NetSuite functionality.
• Work with business stakeholders to analyze the needs of the business and support their optimized use of NetSuite.
• Maintain user access, roles and rights.
• Support user requests for new searches, reports, KPIs and dashboards.
• Perform configuration, change management and testing activities, as required.
• Supporting the use of custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows under the guidance of the NetSuite Administrator/ Manager.
• Perform System Health analysis and maintain data integrity.
• Maintain data accuracy for related business systems that integrate into NetSuite.

Experience:

• BA/BS in Computer Sciences or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• ERP experience is required (minimum 1 year), knowledge of NetSuite .
• Business management software experience and report visualization required; Microsoft Power Bi .
• Excel formula proficiency required.
• Some SQL experience required.
• Microsoft Access Database experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work creatively in a project-based environment.
• Strong process with a proven ability to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
