Land Surveyor / Survey Technician
A well-established civil engineering and land development firm serving Maryland and the Washington, DC region is seeking Survey Technicians and Surveyors ranging from entry-level to experienced professionals. This full-time role involves a variety of field and office tasks, including boundary and topographic surveys, construction layout, ALTA surveys, and as-built preparation. Candidates should be motivated, reliable, and interested in long-term career development and professional licensure.
Qualifications:
0–2+ years of land surveying experience
Familiarity with boundary and topographic surveys preferred
Experience with robotic total stations and construction stakeout a plus
AutoCAD knowledge preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to pass background and drug screening
