Fast- paced, well- known, and established plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm, with an office located in midtown Manhattan, seeks a dynamic, creative and experienced Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Attorney. We are searching for a motivated and dedicated attorney with proven results.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing;
• Must be able to handle and manage all aspects of automobile accident, labor law and premises cases, other than trials.
• Plaintiff oriented.
• 3+ years of experience preferred. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting and/or reviewing pleadings, defending and drafting motions, oppositions, discovery demands/ responses, expert exchanges and other correspondence.
• Conducting and defending depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, non-party witnesses and experts.
• Case management, problem solving, analytical and knowledgeable approaches to advocacy;
• Court appearances.

Must have the ability to travel to court venues within New York City 5 Boroughs, Westchester, and Nassau Counties.
