Lendify Home Loans is looking for Loan Officer Trainees to join our expanding team!

Our Loan Officer Trainee team is our next generation of Mortgage Bankers! As a Loan Officer Trainee, you will be enrolled in a top-of-the-line training program provided by an in-house expert to ensure you can pass the SAFE exam and become licensed and have the sales skill to become a fully-fledged Mortgage Banker. While in training our Loan Officer Trainees will have time to study for their licensing exams as well as making phone calls to homeowners, and prospective homeowners that are looking to refinance, using our dialer system. Our Loan Officer Trainees will be trained on the phone call structure as well as a script to provide information about service features and presenting the benefits of working with Mortgage Pros!

Role and Responsibilities

• Be present and engaged while in company provided training
• Completion of all homework assignments assigned during training
• Maintain satisfactory exam and quiz performance while in training
• Perform inbound and outbound client calls
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Market our company’s unique services to clients based on their needs and requirements.
• Additional responsibilities related to business needs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• No previous experience mortgage experience necessary, all training is provided!
• Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Effective listening and verbal/non-verbal communication skills
• Accountability, adaptability, and motivational mentality
• Ability to multitask, and work in a competitive and fast-paced environment
• Maintains a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
