MedAdventures is seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacy Supervisor to lead an outpatient pharmacy in Peridot, AZ for a 13-week contract. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee pharmacy operations, manage staff, and ensure safe and efficient medication services in an outpatient setting.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff in the outpatient setting
• Ensure accurate dispensing and proper review of medication orders
• Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards
• Oversee inventory management, workflow efficiency, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and clinical teams to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Pharmacist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior supervisory or management experience in outpatient or retail pharmacy
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage workflow, staff, and operational priorities effectively
