Magento Web Developer | San Antonio, TX | Direct-Hire Opportunity
Full-Time | On-Site | No Sponsorship Available

A well-established, San Antonio-based manufacturer known for its commitment to quality and comfort is looking for an experienced Magento Web Developer to join its in-house Marketing & E-Commerce team. This role is based at their headquarters and will work closely with both the IT and Marketing departments to build and support high-traffic ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities for the Magento Web Developer:

• Create, update, and maintain web pages across multiple ecommerce sites
• Design and develop custom solutions with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Shopify
• Optimize web performance, site speed, architecture, and code scalability
• Troubleshoot bugs, checkout issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Integrate analytics, session tracking, heatmaps, and attribution tools to improve UX and campaign performance
• Collaborate with Marketing and IT to support content management and ecommerce workflows
• Train content managers and assist in documenting best practices and SOPs
• Participate in cross-functional project planning and implementation
• Contribute to data-driven product and design decisions with actionable insights

Qualifications for the Magento Web Developer:

• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, and Shopify
• Experience with custom module creation, theme development, and API integrations
• Deep understanding of web performance, security, and scalable architecture
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• Skilled in front-end design and web programming languages
• Strong communication, project coordination, and documentation skills
