Title : Maintenance Technician III

Location : Greenville WI 54942

Duration : 09+ Months Contract (possibility of extension)

Shift : 5:30am-2:30pm / 1:30pm-10pm / 9:30pm-5:30am

Pay Rate : $27/ $28 / $28.50/hr. on w2

Job Summary:

• Maintains and repairs the facility’s structure, equipment and grounds, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Performs skilled trades work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
• Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
• May provide guidance to other associates.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Maintains, repairs and installs the following as necessary.
• Electrical systems, including lighting, circuits and equipment.
• Water supply, drains, pipes and appliances.
• Pneumatic air supply, including air compressor.
• Walls, partitions, floors, ceilings and fixtures(including painting).
• Facilities equipment such as trash compactor and baling machine
• Material handling equipment, such as lift trucks and racking
• Office furniture and office partition systems
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum education, work experience and skill requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4 years of HVAC systems experience
• Ability to perform pipe fitting work on water, gas and pneumatic systems
• Ability to locate and install new plant equipment, including all electrical, pipe fitting, rigging and millwright work
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools to perform carpentry and other types of woodwork as well as mechanical installations
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment using diagrams and blueprints and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently on projects
