Job Opportunity: Manhattan Active Technical Manager at Cognizant
Location: Atlanta area (Suwanee, Johns Creek, Alpharetta)
Work Model: On-site 3–5 days/week, shift-based, with travel to client sites

Role Overview
Cognizant is hiring a Warehouse Management Consultant to lead support efforts for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MA WM). This client-facing role focuses on ensuring system stability, resolving issues efficiently, and driving innovation through AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own issue resolution and system stability
- Triage and troubleshoot user-reported problems
- Communicate progress across stakeholders
- Lead and mentor on-site/offshore teams
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Required Experience
- 10+ years in Manhattan WMS implementation/support
- 3+ years with Manhattan Active WM
- 5+ years of hands-on WMS support
- Led 1–2 full-cycle MA WM implementations
- Strong grasp of Manhattan design/configuration
- Experience with MA WMOS, Labels, SCI reporting, MHE integrations
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Incentives: Eligible for Cognizant’s annual discretionary incentive program and performance-based stock awards
