Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and contribute to the growth and success of our company. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with a talented team, and learn from experienced marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities to expand our market reach.
- Develop and maintain our online presence by creating engaging content for our website and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the product management team to ensure marketing materials align with product offerings and company goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the creation and management of advertising sales materials, including ads and landing pages.
- Utilize WordPress to manage and update our website content.
- Design and create marketing materials, including graphics and HTML emails.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry and recommend new marketing strategies and tools.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for fashion, luxury brands, and staying current with industry trends.
Proven experience in performance marketing, content marketing, and advertising sales.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and WordPress.
Experience with HTML and content creation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Familiarity with product management principles and processes.
Passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
