Required Qualifications and Experiences:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET Accredited).

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.

Expertise in SolidWorks and finite element analysis (ANSYS preferred).

Strong background in design for manufacturing and machine design.

Skills:

Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools.

Secondary expertise in FEA, product design, and machine design.

• Language: English (required).
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Resolve product and process challenges by generating detailed project requirements, conducting technical investigations, and preparing design specifications and analyses.
• Provide mechanical design expertise for prototype, pre-commercial, and commercial products.
• Emphasize design for manufacturability to deliver quality solutions for demanding industrial manufacturing environments.
• Present recommendations and technical solutions to management for approval.
