The Package:

• $150K-$200K base salary (experience-based)
• Up to $100K sign-on bonus
• Substantial retention and relocation support

Your Role: More Than Management

You'll be responsible for:

• Setting the medical and surgical direction for a collaborative 10-doctor team
• Mentoring associates and fostering a culture where learning thrives
• Ensuring gold-standard care while managing the practical side of inventory and protocols
• Partnering with our Hospital Manager on recruiting top talent
• Supporting your team's "passion projects" and continuing education goals
