We are seeking a reliable and organized Medical Office Assistant to support our healthcare team in a hybrid work model , splitting responsibilities between on-site clinical support and remote administrative tasks . This role ensures the smooth operation of clinic functions while maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Clinic Duties (Onsite):

• Greet and check in patients

• Schedule appointments and manage bookings

• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and patient charts

• Measure and record vital signs

• Process referrals and requisitions

• Assist with minor procedures and documentation as directed by clinicians

Remote Duties (Work-from-Home):

• Answer phones, return voicemails, and manage emails professionally

• Conduct appointment confirmations and follow-ups

• Update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately

• Process prescription refill requests and faxes

• Manage virtual visit logistics (e.g., sending links, tech troubleshooting)

• Support Nurse Practitioners and other staff with documentation or data entry needs
