Job Description Job Description PacShores Mortgage Inc., seeks a highly motivated, self-starter and experienced Mortgage Broker Assistant in their West Los Angeles office. We are an established West Los Angeles, full-service mortgage company that specializes in originating and arranging Private Party (Hard Money) mortgage loans, and that also offers Conventional FNMA, Non-QM and Government Loan Programs. MORTGAGE BROKER ASSISTANT ONLY - THIS POSITION DOES NO INVOLVE ANY SELLING - MORTGAGE LICENSING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SALES POSITIONS.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

• *** Follow up calls to new and pending prospects.
• *** Determine basis for stalls in closing process.
• *** Implement necessary steps to resolve stalls and facilitate closings.
• *** Follow up calls to various Broker's Lenders.
• *** Confirm and verify Lender's Funding availability, Terms, Guidelines and other Preferences.

Qualifications:

• *** Prior successful Mortgage Telemarketing / Solicitation experience.
• *** Professional and Courteous Telephone and Customer Service demeanor.
• *** Superior Organizational Skills
• *** Familiarity and ability to use standard Office Software, including Email

and CRM programs. **** Ability to follow up, schedule and reschedule ongoing contact and updates with various Prospects and Lenders.
