Full-Time Nanny – Greenwich Village (Live-Out) & East Hampton (Live-In Summer)

Location:Greenwich Village, NYC (Sept–May) & East Hampton (Live-In: Summer) 
Schedule:Monday–Friday, approx. 40–45 hours/week
Compensation:$40 per hour- for the nanny who meets ALL requirements | 2 Weeks Paid Vacation | Travel Included

A warm, mindful family in Greenwich Villageis seeking an experienced, nurturing Full-Time Nannyto care for their infant son, who will be around 3 months old at the start of the role in September 2025. The position is live-out during the school year in NYC and live-in during the summer months.

 Responsibilities

• Provide loving, developmentally supportive care for an infant and mom
• Maintain consistent routines (feeding, naps, diapering, sensory play, walks)
• Support household organization, general tidiness, light cooking
• Assist with light family-related tasks (emptying dishwasher, laundry, tidying shared spaces, helping keep the home running smoothly)
• Travel with the family as needed
• Willing to walk family dog if needed, light grocery shop and keep inventory of household basics 

 The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 10 years of nanny experience, particularly with infants and long-term roles
• Calm, emotionally intuitive, and mindful—someone who brings a peaceful energy to the home
• Willing to be an active household helper—not just with childcare, but with light, day-to-day support around the home
• Observant and able to “read the room,” knowing when to step in and when to give space
• Enjoys being part of a family and values clear, respectful communication
• Valid drivers licence and excellent driving history a plus 

• Comfortable with live-in summers and occasional travel

 Requirements

• Long-term experience with infants, growing families and excellent references
• Strong English communication skills
• Valid passport or ability to travel as needed
• Comfortable with light household assistance and working as part of a team
• Subject to background checks
