We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy NetSuite Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the daily operation, maintenance, and user support of our NetSuite ERP system. This role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of NetSuite and a strong desire to grow.

• Assist in maintaining and configuring the NetSuite platform, including roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Provide first-level NetSuite support to internal users; troubleshoot issues and prioritize and escalate as needed.
• Create and manage saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Support data management tasks such as CSV imports, data cleansing, and deduplication.
• Help implement system updates, test changes in sandbox environments, and assist with NetSuite release readiness.
• Document processes and assist in training end-users.
• Collaborate with various departments (Finance, Procurement, Operations, Sales) to understand and fulfill NetSuite-related requirements.

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 years of NetSuite experience.
• Basic understanding of ERP principles, NetSuite navigation, and record types.
• Exposure to SuiteBuilder (custom fields, forms, records) and SuiteAnalytics (saved searches, reports).
• Experience with Excel, data manipulation, or SQL basics.
• Familiarity with business processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or record-to-report.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment

• Completion of NetSuite: ERP Fundamentals or Administrator Fundamentals course.
