As a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant , you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Concordia at Bethlen. Concordia at Bethlen is seeking a full time Non-Certified Nursing Assistants to work the all shifts along with opportunities for advancement into a MedTech career! Entry level friendly and paid on the job training! Competitive wages up to $20.50/hour (and increases with MedTech certification/we recognize seniority and experience) with shift differentials for the afternoon and midnight shifts $2,000 retention bonus for qualifying full-time non- certified nursing assistants and $1,000 retention bonus for qualifying part-time non-certified nursing assistants. Responsibilities of a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant include but not limited to: Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning Documenting the care that was provided Completing over the counter treatments as instructed Answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less. Entry level friendly - paid on-the-job training.
