A Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) provides personalized therapy to patients in their homes to help them regain independence and perform daily activities. Working within a multidisciplinary home health team, the OT assesses patient needs, sets therapy goals, and implements treatments including exercises, adaptive equipment recommendations, and safety strategies. The role requires an accredited degree, an active OT license, clinical experience, and strong interpersonal skills to support patient recovery and family education.
