Job Summary

Evcor USA is a fast-growing specialty chemical manufacturer and distributor serving hospitals, universities, hotels, cruise lines, and major institutions across the U.S. We’re looking for a highly organized, reliable Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Miami office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily office operations

  • Manage inbound communication (phone, email, mail)

  • Support AP/AR, invoice matching, PO tracking (QuickBooks)

  • Coordinate vendors, customers, and internal teams

  • Maintain schedules, SOPs, documents, logs, and reporting

  • Assist sales reps with paperwork, estimates, and follow-ups

  • Support logistics coordination when needed

Requirements

  • Must work on-site in Miami (not remote)

  • 3+ years office manager/admin experience

  • Strong English communication

  • QuickBooks experience preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Outlook

  • Extremely organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
