About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead a small team. This role is critical in maintaining compliance, driving efficiency, and supporting senior management with timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and review all daily paperwork to prepare reports for senior management.
  • Oversee payroll processing for sales and office staff; ensure timely submission to Payroll Department.
  • Manage monthly bonus calculations and communicate results to department managers.
  • Review balance sheet accounts monthly and prepare exception reporting for management meetings.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly manufacturer financial statements and state-required reports.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports and collaborate with leadership on personnel decisions.
  • Maintain open communication with department managers and assist with operational concerns.
  • Ensure year-end reporting accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Lead and develop staff

3–5 years of accounting experience required.

Strong knowledge of general accounting/bookkeeping procedures and software.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; skilled at interpreting data for management.

Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop staff.

Highly organized, flexible, and professional with excellent communication skills.

Regular, on-time attendance is essential to meet deadlines.
