Description Certified Mobile Notary Service (
is now seeking for someone to fill the position of an Mobile Notary Signing Agent to
work in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPES: Full-time; Remote; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
DAILY TASKS:
Oversee and execute the digital signing for borrowers.
Host/engage the digital closing during a video call with borrowers,
walk through closing documents, answer questions, and facilitate a
remote online notary.
Provide a lasting impression on behalf of your services as borrowers
execute documents for the financing of one of their largest and most
important purchases.
Set up technology and documents in preparation for the closing
ceremony.
Provide quality assurance for all documents during the closing
processes.
Facilitate the post close flows in preparation for loan servicing.
Work with your origination team members in preparation of loan
closings.
Obtain feedback from users (How can my services improve? What is
missing? Any comments on the systems and ownership of the
process?).
Share any best practices, prior experience, new learnings, and
challenges across a growing team of origination professionals,
working to disrupt manufactured housing finance.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate college degree or
extended relevant work experience.
Comfortable in an uncertain, fast-paced environment that will evolve
as our technology and business scales.
Proactive and autonomous worker.
Collaborative and innovative with a strong desire for the entire team
to win together.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.
Proficient in technology and changing environments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
COMPENSATION: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
