\n Resumen de la Oferta de Trabajo:
\nEstamos buscando un Operador de Máquinas/ Operador Mecánico habilidoso y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico. En este rol, serás responsable de preparar y operar equipos de fabricación, incluyendo tornos y PEGS, siguiendo procedimientos establecidos. Realizarás tareas de limpieza y ajustes en el equipo, asegurando un flujo continuo de unidades a lo largo del proceso de fabricación. Este puesto requiere colaborar con un equipo de trabajo diverso para completar tareas tanto repetitivas como no repetitivas.
\n Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades: \n\n

\n\t
• Preparar y operar equipos de fabricación, como tornos y PEGS, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.\n\t
• Realizar limpieza rutinaria y ajustes en el equipo según sea necesario.\n\t
• Asegurar que el proceso mantenga un flujo continuo de unidades ejecutando todas las tareas relacionadas de manera efectiva.\n\t
• Operar equipo general de fabricación, incluyendo máquinas de corte de torno, microscopios, comparadores y bancos ópticos.\n\t
• Cuando sea necesario, ejecutar la configuración y ajustar parámetros de máquinas/equipo de fabricación para asegurar el cumplimiento con especificaciones y estándares.\n\t
• Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos ambientales mientras se apoya los objetivos ambientales departamentales.\n

\n Experiencia y Educación: \n\n

\n\t
• Se requiere certificación técnica en electrónica, electricidad, refrigeración o mecánica de una institución acreditada; también es aceptable la certificación en una disciplina relacionada.\n\t
• Se prefiere un grado asociado, pero no es obligatorio.\n\t
• Se requiere la finalización de certificación con al menos un año de experiencia general.\n\t
• Se prefiere experiencia previa como Operador de Fabricación o en una posición similar.\n\t
• Es muy deseable experiencia en la configuración y ajuste de máquinas/equipo de fabricación, incluyendo máquinas de corte, microscopios, comparadores, bancos ópticos e interferómetros.\n
