Ready to move your career forward? We’re hiring Order Pickers to join a team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility near the Mall of America. If you’re experienced with forklifts and inventory systems — this is your chance to grow with a company that feels like family.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Operate sit-down & stand-up forklifts , and possibly cherry pickers .

• Reach heights of 20–30 ft to retrieve products.

• Wrap pallets and prep them for shipment.

• Break down pallets, refill boxes, and load/unload trucks.

• Keep materials flowing in the “ Water Spider ” role — supply where it’s needed!

✅ What You Bring

• 📦 1+ year of order picking or warehouse experience.

• 🚜 1+ year of forklift experience preferred.

• 📊 Experience with inventory tracking (SAP preferred).

• 💪 Able to lift up to 50 lbs and repeatedly lift 25 lbs.

• 🧠 Comfortable navigating computer systems.

🕒 Shifts Available (Mon–Fri)

• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• 💲 10% Shift Differential Offered!

Casual: Shirt, long pants, and closed-toe shoes required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
