Job Title: Order Puller Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Order Puller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking orders for a variety of clients, from large corporations to individual customers. You will work in a warehouse environment, where attention to detail and the ability to handle physical tasks are crucial.
Responsibilities
Pick orders for various clients using printed work orders.
Learn to visually assess the quality of clothes, including checking SKUs and sizes.
Move and lift boxes weighing 50-60 lbs to fulfill orders.
Organize and stage clothes in the warehouse by colors and sections.
Utilize dollies and hand carts for efficient order pulling.
Essential Skills
Experience in order pulling, counting, and picking/packing.
Familiarity with order fulfillment processes.
Capability to perform heavy lifting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with handling clothes such as jeans and shirts.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong attendance record.
Willingness to be coached heavily during the first 3 days of employment.

Work Environment
Work in a large warehouse with a second location nearby. The environment is supportive and encourages teamwork. Comfortable walking shoes are necessary, and there is no requirement for steel-toe boots. Please note, phones are not permitted during work hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.28 - $17.28/hr.
