Job Requirements:
Provide small group training sessions
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure continued client development
Educate clients on proper technique, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming workout environment
Build strong relationships with clients and promote retention and referrals
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent)
CPR/AED certified
5+ year of personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed
