Position Summary Information


Job Description Summary


This position will ensure a safe environment, maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment during set evening hours of the Durant Hall weight room.

Required Education


High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience


Understands athletic techniques and exercise

Preferred Education


Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Experience


Bachelors degree or within 1 year of completion in a kinesiology/exercise science program. 1-2 years of related experience in gym/recreational center and or training preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


1. Oversee students in weight room during set evening hours

2. Ensure safety for students during exercise is a main focus

3. Enforce rules and policy of equipment usage

4. Complete cleaning procedure

5. Maintain organization of equipment during evening hours
