Newly admitted nursery patients must be seen within 18 hours of birth. Pediatric patients must be seen within 12 hours of admission. Trauma Level/Designation: Level II Trauma Facility Average number of admissions per day: 4 pediatric patients and 7 newborn/nursery patients Required Procedures: Pediatric resuscitation and intubation EMR: Cerner Care B Physician will be expected to provide resident teaching/precepting. Physician must have an Active status at a hospital with no restrictions on pediatric privileges. Credentialing: 30-60 days upon receipt of fully completed application Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $1800/shift for 24hr call and $175/hr for callback (after 4 hours gratis).
