Job Description

*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric medicine, with the ability to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive medical services, including diagnostic evaluations.

*Responsibilities*

* Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
* Perform medical procedures.
* Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care strategies.
* Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
* Administer basic life support as required in emergency situations.
* Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
* Stay current with advancements in medical practices, particularly in pediatric medicine.

*Qualifications*

* Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
* Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
* Strong knowledge of pediatric practices and standards.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on patient interaction and education.
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
