Job Type: Direct-Hire

Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000 + Bonus

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer with at least 2 years of software development experience to support the design, development, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PeopleTools and a strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, including integration, reporting, and application customization.
Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft applications, components, and customizations.
• 
  Work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• 
  Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements to existing PeopleSoft environments.
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within PeopleSoft applications.
• 
  Maintain documentation of technical designs and configurations.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 
  2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on PeopleSoft applications.
• 
  Strong proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, etc.).
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid development.
• 
  Familiarity with PeopleSoft security, workflow, and reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher, SQR).
• 
  Understanding of modern development practices (e.g., version control, CI/CD).

With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
