Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead Location: Albany, NY Duration: 6+ Months Primary Skills: HCM Functional Lead Responsibilities Working knowledge of client essential requirements from core PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 including: Personnel Administration, Position Management, Competency Management, Succession Planning, Payroll Interface Mass Updates and Workflow. Experience in the core Human Resources modules, including Manager and Employee Self-Service, having been involved in multiple full life-cycle implementations.
