About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an In-House Photographer to join the management team of one of the most exciting and respected boutique real estate firms in New York City. The mission for this role is to effectively and efficiently manage the company’s Media through photography and database management.

Role + Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit professional shots for open listings and exclusives as needed
• Some office presence is required and the role will require travel time to different buildings/units to shoot
• Watermark pictures
• Shoot Peek virtual tours
• Download 2D photos from peek tours watermark and upload them into the Agents Media folder
• Manage the media asset drive to ensure all photos have been uploaded properly with agent access
• Work closely with the leasing manager for open listings that need to be shot, edited, and saved
• Work with exclusive agents to shoot exclusive listings on demand as needed
• Shoot company headshots, edit them per personnel request, and submit to the administrative assistant to be uploaded on our website
• Content creation for social media

Compensation & Benefits

50-60K base salary
