Mindlytics Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and creative Data Visualization Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for turning raw data into engaging and insightful visual stories that support data-driven decision-making across various industries. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and more. Responsibilities Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools. Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand visualization requirements. Create scalable data models and optimize DAX queries for performance. Translate business logic into visually intuitive formats that drive actionable insights. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all visual outputs. Implement best practices in data visualization, design, and user experience. Support deployment, versioning, and security of dashboards on platforms like Power BI Service. Contribute to data storytelling strategies and UI/UX improvements. Skill & Experience Fresher/ 2–5 years of experience in data visualization or BI development. Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and data transformation tools. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and visual design best practices. Knowledge of SAP BO, OBIEE, or other enterprise reporting tools (a plus). Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
