About This Role

You will lead the product-based marketing strategies and drive the company's growth by influencing the strategic direction in North America, bridging the gap between our product, sales, and marketing teams to drive adoption and revenue growth for our ad tech solutions. You’ll craft compelling messaging, develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and position our products as leaders in a competitive landscape.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop unique value propositions (UVP) and differentiation strategies for our products.
  • Create customer-centric messaging for B2B audiences (advertisers, agencies, publishers).
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine positioning against rivals.
  • Lead GTM launches for new products/features, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen teams.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and train sales teams on product benefits, use cases, and competitive advantages.
  • Gather feedback from clients, sales, and industry events to inform the product roadmap.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • BS/BA required, degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years in B2B marketing, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS, 3 years working with mobile app developers, and a deep understanding of mobile/online advertising is a plus.
  • Proven track record in launching B2B products and proven ability to develop and execute global marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering, etc).
