Position: Production Coordinator/Digital Asset Manager
Reports to: Senior Producer
Summary:
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Production Coordinator/Digital Asset Manager to help coordinate small-scale video and photo productions, along with innovating how we organize and leverage our creative content. From stunning photography to impactful audio/radio, scroll-stopping social media, and captivating video, you'll be the mastermind behind cataloging and streamlining all of CJRW’s digital assets.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the go-to resource for locating, organizing, and distributing CJRW’s digital assets — including photography, audio/radio, video, and social media content — to internal teams and external partners as needed. This includes pulling photography options tailored to various client needs and ensuring timely access to the right content for every project.
Work with CJRW producers to streamline incoming digital assets with a standard naming protocol and ingest these assets from a variety of vendors.
Back up assets to multiple locations for archiving.
Take the lead in identifying and implementing new technology solutions to assist in processing assets, ensuring our teams stay ahead of industry trends and work more efficiently.
Establish and execute a long-term plan to integrate digital assets from the past several years into the new system, ensuring seamless organization and accessibility for future use.
Serve as internal administrator for CJRW Box, Media Valet, CJRW server, and other platforms as needed.
Assist CJRW producers with conversions for media and others.
Assist CJRW producers with planning small-scale video and photo productions by hiring freelancers, coordinating locations, building schedules, hiring talent, and coordinating logistics to ensure a smooth production.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in digital asset management.
Prior experience in production planning and management.
Excellent organizational and logic skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
Willingness to continuously research and stay up to date with the latest asset management technologies.
Proficient in Adobe Bridge for organizing, renaming and metadata tagging with keywords.
Proficient in photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere)
Familiar with storage hardware including portable hard drives, network storage, backing up and formatting drives.
