Powder Coating Lead (2nd Shift)
Position Summary:
The Powder Coating Lead is responsible for leading the 2nd shift operations to ensure production is complete in a safe, efficient and timely manner while maintaining quality standards. You will work off a priority schedule list from your supervisor and make sure all jobs are completed accordingly per shift. You must be able to remain organized, clean, positive, teamwork, and ensure the smooth flow of products through our coating process. Exceptional eyes for perfection and the willingness to correct mistakes/problems are a must. The Lead will spend 85% of the time painting and 15% helping, directing, scheduling and any issues that may arise.
