What would I be doing?

The Project Manager Apprentice (PMA) is primarily responsible to:

• Work alongside a Territory Manager in managing residential construction projects
• Learn how to plan, direct, and coordinate these projects, with the goal of becoming a Project Manager
• Frequent communication with clients and solving various problems
• Drive to different job sites as well as working around 50 hours per week
• Work with a fun and driven team of individuals
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

• Highly organized and detailed individual who can facilitate a lot of details in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• No need to be the next genius at NASA, but must be comfortable using email, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and various other company platforms and software

What does winning look like?

• Territory Managers have the ability to manage their team’s well due to the effective support and work of the PMA, resulting in excellent service and profitable projects
• The PMA grows and develops into an effective Project Manager, eventually leading their own projects
