Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the overall construction-management project. Responsibilities: include, but are not limited to: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle Budget and schedule management Provide jobsite leadership in the areas of safety and quality Maintain good working relationships with owners, design team, and construction team ​ Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills, scheduling and organizational skills Proven project experience from planning through project completion Ability to work in a team environment Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office, Blue Beam / BIM (preferred) ​​Education and Experience: Degree in Construction Management or related field At least 5 years of Project Management experience Or equivalent combination of education and experience A&E Construction Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
