Project Manager

Hybrid - Onsite in Irvine, CA every Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday

• The Project Manager will work with Medical Business Partners; R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Regulatory Compliance, Pre-Clinical, Health Economics & Market Access and Professional Medical Education.
• With limited direction, lead Medical Affairs SMEs to implement the best enterprise business solutions/propositions
• Guide Medical Affairs SMEs through the development of project plans and task tracking
• Drive project activities to meet project and business objectives
• Drive team accountability for deliverables and ensure projects meet defined project breakthroughs
• Demonstrate team performance management; ask the right questions to understand business impact and risks
• Make the complex simple when presenting opportunities and plans to the team and organization
• Lead team thorough detailed analysis, scenario planning and drive recommendations
• Engage teams in healthy debate/conflict resolution, and deliver team aligned option business solutions
• Lead prioritization and options analysis with teams
• Develop, lead and maintain up-to-date Project Timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, key interdependencies, financial commitments, and resource constraints, while applying appropriate project scheduling techniques
• Lead "lessons learned" exercises, share lessons among project leaders and other teams

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*

• A minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Business or a related field
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience
• Strong Business and Financial Acumen.
