Job Description Job Description We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects ranging from $5M to $25M. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision and collaboration, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Lead and manage project teams including Superintendents and field staff Oversee project budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and design teams Ensure compliance with safety standards and permitting regulations Maintain detailed records, especially for federally or state-funded projects Enforce jobsite safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects over $5M Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Extensive field experience is a plus Work Environment: Office and field-based work with exposure to construction site conditions Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds Occasional travel required Remote work up to 20% Benefits: Competitive compensation Professional development opportunities Collaborative team culture Exposure to high-impact projects Ready to lead projects that make a difference?
