Role Overview This is a Project Manager position with an initial training phase. During the first part of your role, you will train and shadow an experienced Project Manager to learn our products, processes, and project delivery methods. After completing your training, you will transition into a full Project Management role, overseeing the delivery of projects from start to finish. What You Will Do Training & Shadowing: Work alongside a designated Project Manager to learn the products, tools, and processes for successful project delivery. Project Management (After Training): Once trained, you will be responsible for coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure project success. Develop project scopes, schedules, and objectives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Guide clients on how to best use our products for engagement. Monitor and report project performance, making adjustments as needed. Maintain project documentation and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Experience: Entry-level or 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field. Experience in digital project management, consultancy, or the digital learning/events industry is a plus. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Tech Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products. Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
