Job Description

Rubber and Road Creative is looking for a project based or part time freelance Project/Account Manager to work with the Client Services team facilitating smooth execution on all project deliverables and potentially help grow projects and accounts. You will be responsible for managing overall scope, schedule and budget projects across branding, research and design for hospitality, food retail and restaurant concepts.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will be -

· Clearly, actively and professionally communicate with client and creative teams on overall requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout the project lifecycle

· Demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to client and creative teams expectations and priorities, showing appropriate urgency regarding project schedules and deadlines

· Manage creative team from a project deliverables perspective including multiple types of vendors as relevant

· Develop budgets and updates with Managing Director and/or Account Director

· Develop broad + granular project schedules; set interim milestone meetings and proactively monitor progress to achieve deadlines and results

· Conduct regular reviews of project progress against time schedule and budget

· Maintain and organize project assets according to established procedures

· Travel as needed

· Assist Managing Director with account growth opportunities (must have exceptional writing, communication, and strategic assessment skills)

Qualifications

Must be US based, role is remote but works primarily with an internal team on PST and clients across all US timezones, normally via Zoom. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office required including excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills. This is a contract part time project based role with anticipated 4-7 hours per week per project but may grow into a more regular part-time or full-time role with possible exploration into hybrid account management and growth role.

**Please note agency experience for a creative services or strategy firm is strongly desired as is knowledge base and proficiency in project management tools such as Monday or Asana. 3 years project management experience or greater also desired
