Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Therapist to join Strive!, with the opportunity of working across one or two Hospitals, a state-of-the-art Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility, or any of our 4 Outpatient clinics.

In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment for patients, helping them achieve their rehab goals. We support our staff optimize their skills by allowing them to showcase independence and empower their authenticity.

At Strive! Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) have the flexibility to work in the setting that best aligns with their skills and interests—whether in one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinics in Ocala, Williston, and Summerfield. Our PTAs play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

*Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications:*
* Valid Florida PTA license
* CPR certified
