Top Reasons To Work At Bimbo Bakeries USA Salary Range: $84,300 - $109,600 Annual Bonus Eligibility Comprehensive Benefits Package 401k & Company Match On-the-Job Training with Advancement Opportunities Recipe For Success Provides leadership to the bakery’s Quality Food Safety department through coaching and development of front-line associates, fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, engagement, and accountability. Promotes a culture of Food Safety among all bakery associates through education and policy enforcement, collaborating with department leaders. Ensures customers receive the highest quality product in a food-safe environment. Oversees Quality, Food Safety, and Sanitation programs, ensuring compliance through audits, inspections, and risk assessments, with corrective actions for non-conformance. Maintains proper document control for all bakery documentation. Leads all third-party audits, including SQF (Safe Quality Foods) and AIB (American Institute of Baking). Drives continuous improvement by practicing LEAN tools and 5S methodology. Education And Work Experience Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related scientific field required. Strong preference for GFSI certifications (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS), PCQI, Food Defense, and HACCP. 5-7 years of leadership experience in Quality/Food Safety/Sanitation teams within high-speed food production environments. Leadership skills emphasizing associate development and accountability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working within cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
