Listing Agent Opportunity
We are looking for a licensed and motivated Listing Agent who wants to learn to scale a productive listing business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for proactive professionals who want to strengthen their listing skills, grow their pipeline, and work within a collaborative and growth-focused real estate team.
In this position, you will learn structured methods for generating and converting listing opportunities, supported by in-house resources, professional marketing, and leadership coaching that help you stay consistent and increase your production. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $155,000+

Responsibilities:
• Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts
• Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business

Qualifications:
• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
• One year of work experience in real estate
• Has a real estate license
• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
• A real estate license is required
• Sales experience
• Must live within daily driving distance of the office
• Must have working rights in the USA
