We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Temecula, California. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare recruitment and the ability to manage hiring processes for diverse organizational structures. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and post job listings tailored to attract candidates with experience in healthcare roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to identify top candidates.
- Coordinate and execute background checks to ensure compliance with hiring standards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Provide insights and recommendations for hiring decisions based on thorough evaluations.
- Support recruitment efforts for family practice healthcare positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Leverage tools such as ADP and Microsoft Suite to optimize recruitment processes.

Key Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of recruiting experience specifically within healthcare
+ Local to the Temecula area
+ Familiar with hiring for MSOs or companies with multiple brands/entities
+ Experience in family practice healthcare hiring preferred (vs. specialty practices)
+ Proficiency in MS Suite (basic skills required)
+ ADP ATS experience is a strong plus
+ Degree preferred but not required
+ Spanish is a plus but not required
Requirements - At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with hiring for MSOs or organizations managing multiple brands.
- Experience recruiting for family practice healthcare roles is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic functions.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and corporate recruiting processes.
- Ability to manage background checks and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
